A job seeker who sees this mark knows two things: the company really exists, and the person writing to them really belongs to it.
What the mark gives you
- The "Verified company" mark on every one of your ads and on the company profile.
- The full legal name, KRS, REGON and address taken straight from the state register — the reader sees who they are dealing with.
How we check it
Two steps, both a few minutes, with nobody to wait for.
Step 1. The company NIP
We check the number against the Ministry of Finance VAT register and take the legal name, legal form, KRS, REGON and address from there ourselves. Nothing is retyped — the data comes from the state, not from a form.
Step 2. An e-mail address on the company domain
A NIP proves the company exists — not that you represent it. So we send a code to any address on your company domain. Whoever receives the company post speaks in its name.
What we do not ask for
No scans, no register extracts, no verification transfers and no days of waiting. Anyone can download a CEIDG or KRS extract — which is exactly why it would prove nothing.

What the mark does not mean
The mark is about the identity of the company, not the quality of its offers. The position and the telephone beside an ad are the person’s own words about themselves; we do not check them. If something in an ad troubles you, report it with the button beside it: several independent reports hide it until a person looks.
