Classifieds, jobs and companies for everyone who lives and works in Poland
ExO brings classifieds, job offers and company pages together in one service that works in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English and German. Language should not decide who finds a job, a flat or a customer.
Where ExO comes from
In Poland, people who speak different languages every day live and work side by side. Anyone who has looked for a job or a flat here without knowing Polish well knows the routine: the ad on one site, a social media group somewhere else, and the questions to the advertiser typed through a translator.
On the other side there is an employer, a landlord or a seller. Replies reach them in several languages at once, and it is hard to present their business so that every customer understands it.
ExO puts this in one place. Categories, filters, forms and notifications are translated into five languages, while the text of an ad stays as its author wrote it. Everyone sees the same ad in their own language of the service.
The service is developed continuously. In 2026 it gained, among other things, price offers in messages, video interviews between employer and candidate, live broadcasts, and company pages with price lists and reviews.

What is in the service
The five things ExO is made of today.
- 01 Classifieds From vehicles and property to agriculture and services. An ad is visible for 30 days and can be extended.
- 02 Jobs Job offers from companies and private persons. A candidate creates a CV, applies for an offer and can have a video interview with the employer without leaving the service.
- 03 Company pages A company builds its own page: services with prices, a gallery, opening hours, customer reviews. The company's name and address come from the state register.
- 04 Messages Buyers and sellers write to each other inside the service. A buyer can offer their own price, and the seller can accept or decline it.
- 05 Live broadcasts A seller shows the goods live and answers viewers' questions.
The rules we keep
Each of them can be checked in the service itself.
Open prices
Browsing ads, an account, a CV and contacting an advertiser are free. You see the price of paid publication and promotion before you pay.
Companies checked in the register
We check a company by its NIP number on the VAT taxpayers' White List and take its name and address from there. The “Verified company” mark goes to a company that has also confirmed an e-mail address in its own domain.
Ads are checked
Every ad goes through a check. Any ad can also be reported with the button next to it — several independent reports hide it until it has been reviewed.
A reply within 24 hours
On working days the ExO team replies within 24 hours — by e-mail or through the contact form.
Who runs the service
The service runs under the ExO Polska brand. Its operator is Summit Consulting Partners LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The operator's full details are in the Terms of Service and on the Contact page.
